1. Eligibility

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• We are not the seller of products listed by independent vendors.
• Vendors are solely responsible for the products they sell.
• Buyers purchase products directly from the vendor.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Every vendor agrees to:

• Operate legally and comply with all applicable laws.
• Sell only genuine, authentic, and lawful products.
• Maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing.
• Keep inventory updated.
• Ship orders within the stated processing time.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Honor applicable warranties and return policies.
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and tax registrations.

The Platform may remove listings or suspend vendor accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information.
• Pay for all orders placed.
• Treat vendors respectfully.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from fraudulent chargebacks or abusive conduct.

6. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listings:

• Are truthful and accurate.
• Include clear pricing.
• Contain accurate photographs.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.

The Platform reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings at any time.

7. Orders

Orders become binding once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders.
• Refuse service.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock shortages.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through approved payment providers.

By purchasing through the Platform, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

The Platform may:

• Hold funds for fraud prevention.
• Delay payouts to vendors during investigations.
• Reverse payments where legally permitted.

9. Vendor Fees

Vendors may be charged:

• Sales commissions
• Listing fees
• Subscription fees
• Advertising fees
• Payment processing fees

Applicable fees will be disclosed before they are charged.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for:

• Timely shipping.
• Proper packaging.
• Providing tracking information where available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

11. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on:

• The vendor's return policy.
• Applicable consumer protection laws.
• The condition of the returned item.

Refunds may be denied for:

• Used items (where permitted by law).
• Customized products.
• Digital products that have already been accessed.
• Products damaged by the customer.

The Platform may assist in resolving disputes but is not automatically liable for refunds.

12. Prohibited Products

The following may not be listed or sold:

• Counterfeit goods
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons where prohibited by law
• Stolen property
• Dangerous or hazardous materials
• Fake documents
• Fraudulent financial products
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Any item prohibited by applicable law

Listings violating these rules may be removed immediately.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Commit fraud.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Abuse the Platform.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Circumvent fees.
• Violate any applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

14. Reviews

Customers may leave honest reviews.

Reviews must:

• Be truthful.
• Be based on actual purchases.
• Not contain offensive language.
• Not include false accusations or spam.

The Platform may remove reviews that violate these standards.

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, designs, and content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Platform.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform during the twelve (12) months before the claim.

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Suspension and Termination

• Harm other users or the Platform.
• Repeatedly violate marketplace policies.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding financial obligations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled through arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where the Platform is incorporated, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
